If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return the item within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions:

1. Condition of Item:

• Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for panties or body shapers with thongs if the product has been worn due to hygiene reasons.

2. Acceptable Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unstained, and in mint condition.
• It should be free of odors (such as cigarette, detergent, or pet smells), free of hair (from animals or people), and free of powders.
• Machine washing and signs of wear would keep your item from being eligible to return.

3. Exclusions:

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Refund Process:

• Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. We cover the cost of shipping when sending out your package and cannot recover these fees from the postal service.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for us to inspect and approve your return upon arrival at our warehouse.
• If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving this confirmation.

Denied Return/Exchange Requests:

• If your return or exchange request is denied, the product will be shipped back to you.
